By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

- Means all information, data, text, images, documents, and materials submitted to our platform.
- "Platform"
- Means the VerifyGo website and associated applications.
- "Parties"
- Means you and VerifyGo collectively.
3. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You are not located in a country subject to sanctions or embargoes
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your information promptly
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
5. Verification Services
5.1 Service Offerings
VerifyGo provides digital identity verification services including but not limited to:
- Identity document verification
- Biometric verification (facial recognition)
- Business verification and background checks
- KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance checks
- Fraud detection and risk assessment
- Verified badges for individuals and businesses
5.2 Free Services
Our AI-powered fraud detection tool is available free of charge. Free services are provided "as-is" without warranties.
5.3 Paid Services
Professional verification services require payment. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5.4 Verification Results
Verification results are based on the information provided and available databases. We do not guarantee that verification results are error-free or that verified individuals/businesses will not engage in future misconduct.
6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use forged documents or impersonate others
- Attempt to circumvent our verification processes
- Use our Services for illegal activities
- Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape our platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Use automated tools without our written permission
Violation of these obligations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
7. Special Provisions for Verifiers
⚠️ IMPORTANT: VERIFIER CODE OF CONDUCT
Verifiers engaged by VerifyGo are strictly prohibited from:
- Engaging in any business transactions with clients, agents, or users of the VerifyGo platform
- Entering into financial agreements or private arrangements with verified parties
- Soliciting or accepting payments outside the official VerifyGo platform
- Representing themselves as agents or partners beyond their verification role
If a Verifier engages in any such activity:
- The company will not be held liable
- Legal action will be pursued against the verifier
- Full accountability rests with the individual, not VerifyGo
Verifiers agree to abide by this policy without exception as a condition of engagement.
8. Fees and Payments
8.1 Fees
All fees for paid services are displayed on our platform. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' notice.
8.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (Paystack, Stripe, etc.). By making a payment, you agree to their terms.
8.3 Refunds
Verification services are non-refundable once initiated. If we are unable to complete a verification due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund or credit.
8.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our Services.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Our IP: VerifyGo, the VerifyGo logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your IP: You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our Services.
Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation or obligation to you.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Services will meet your requirements
- The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
- Verification results are 100% accurate or complete
- Verified parties will not engage in future misconduct
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VERIFYGO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifyGo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
- Any content you submit
13. Termination
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Paid services are non-refundable upon termination.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, for prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction
The Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter.
14.3 Dispute Resolution Process
Before filing any legal action, the Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in London, Uk, before resorting to litigation.
14.4 Waiver of Jury Trial
To the extent permitted by law, the Parties waive any right to a trial by jury in any proceeding relating to these Terms.
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU IRREVOCABLY SUBMIT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION OF THE COURTS OF LONDON, UNITED KINDOM FOR ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS.
15. Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against VerifyGo.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and VerifyGo regarding your use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of VerifyGo.
20. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

23. Acknowledgment
BY USING OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND VERIFYGO.
