Getting Started with VerifyGo

Your complete guide to starting with VerifyGo

Create Your Account

Creating a New Verification Request

From your dashboard, click the "Create Verification" button. This will take you to the verification creation form.

Choose the type of verification you need from the available options:

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Verifications exceeding the client's specified timeframe will not be eligible for refunds and will not be marked as completed
  • Only walkable or nearby verifications should use shorter time estimates
  • For verifications requiring longer travel or duration, use the 1.5-hour standard timeframe
  • Once the 1.5-hour standard timeframe is reached, the verifier can mark the verification as closed

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
